Logitech ClickSmart 310 Problem
Hi there,
I recently bought a Logitech ClickSmart 310 camera. It says that the camera can be used as a digital camera as well as a webcam. However, I've taken some pictures and I tried to upload them to my computer but nothing seems to be happening. In the instructions it says to just plug the USB cable into the computer and a window of QuickSync should pop up with some options, however, when I do plug it in nothing happens. The cursor changes into an eggtimer for about a second but then nothing happens. I was hoping someone can help me? I've tried phoning the UK hotline but it's closed from 6pm. I recently had a problem of viruses solved on this forum and you were very helpful so i was hoping you could help me with this  Thanks, Vicky

when you plug it in does it show up in my computer?
