I have SBCglobal DSL service. The home page, through Explorer, is Yahoo. The e-mail service is through Yahoo.
Problem. My e-mail listings, my e-mail texts, and my e-mail address book have all suddenly (within the last month) skewed to the right, which requires a lot of scrolling back and forth to read e-mails, addresses.
Contacted SBC. Techies there mystified. Both e-mail and via phone.
Dumped SBC/Explorer and Yahoo and reinstalled. Same problem.
Downloaded new 5.7.1 Explorer. Works fine, except same problem with e-mail service.
Last phone call to tech service got a response "let me work on that and get back to you. " That was over a week ago.
