My computer froze and I had to shut it off.When getting back on all my favorites on AOL were gone. When I try to re-add them they disappear right after they are added.
AOL techs have had me change artwork graphics,adapter,clear cache,run scan and defrag and reinstall aol.Nothing worked.
I did a virus scan at pcpitstop and it showed a virus TRJ/SIBOCO.A in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msgked.exe ,so I ran ADV 6.0 and it found 5 infected files and cleared them. I still have the same problem and dont know what else to try.
