i am having a major problem. i have two LANS with the following settings.

LAN 1:
IP Address: 192.168.1.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Primary DNS Server: 192.168.1.1

LAN 2:
IP Address: 10.139.1.28
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.224
Default Gateway: 10.139.1.1
Primary DNS Server: 202.27.184.3
Secondary DNS Server: 202.27.184.5

All the computers in the organization (around 30) are connected to 192.168.1.1. They can access the internet also. But the problem which i am facing is that the server itself i.e 192.168.1.1 is unable to access the internet. I dont know what is happening.
Second problem is that initially when there is no proxy server, the other company can access my computer via VNC, now after installing the proxy server they cannot access.
Please help me as I dont know much about networking.
