First, let me begin by letting it be known that I am in no way a tech. I have a computer that had Win 2k installed on it when I purchased it. Recently, I tried to boot my pc up and I have the BSOD (a term I just became familiar with). It will not boot and has the following message:

STOP: c0000139 {Entry Point Not Found}
The procedure entry point wsprintfA could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.DLL.

Can someone please help me resolve my issue? I would really appreciate the help. I'm also open to contacting a professional. Please advise.

turn on your computer and hit f8 to access the win2k advanced options. Chose Las Known Good Configuration. Post back if you computer works or not.
