Well this is my first post... and i'm going to get right into it. I tried using Access4Free as my internet service proider, but was never able to connect. So, I THOUGHT I totally got rid of it off of my computer. However, I just installed Earthlink, which I am happy with so far. The only thing is that the first time I signed on with Earthlink, a message popped up from Access4Free that said "one more thing" and it made my computer restart, which freaked me out! Now, I can still connect to the internet, but "Access4Free" ALWAYS appears on the very top bar of my webpage (you know, where it says the web page you're at... right now it says "Cyber Tech Help Support Forums - Post New Thread - Access4Free") How can I get that crap off my computer!!!!!
