Angry I can't get rid of Access4Free

Well, this is my first time posting so I'm going to jump right in.
I cannot get rid of Access4Free. I tried to use it for internet service, but was unable to connect. I thought I had totally gotten rid of it after that, but apparently not. I just signed up with Earthlink, with whom I am pleased with so far.
The first time I signed on with Earthlink, a message popped up from Access4Free that said "one more thing", then it forced my computer to restart, which freaked me out!
Now, when I sign on, it always says "Access4Free" where the website title is. For example right now it says, "Cyber Tech Help Support Forums - Post New Thread - Access4Free.
Please help me get rid of this awful crap!!!!

Go here and download Spybot Search&Destroy:
http://www.safer-networking.org/inde...&page=download

Check for updates before running the program. A tutorial can be found under help. You can safely delete what it finds.

Do likewise with Adaware that can be found here:
http://lavasoft.element5.com/software/adaware/

Download CW Shredder:

http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip
Unzip, run and hit the fix tab to fix all found problems.

You can remove it with Regedit, but there are programs that can do it for you.

Download and install X-Setup
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4083.html
Run the program and navigate to
Internet\Internet Explorer\Window Settings\Window Title

You can then remove the text or change it to your own.

An alternative method is this script
