I whant to make it so when ppl copy and paste my images onto there web pages it has signs that say im a bandwith stealing moron.
Or just disable the copy command. ??? anyone know how.

not sure about your question do you want script to disable rightclick or do you want to keep to stop linking to the pictures. Check out anti-leech (http://software.anti-leech.com/)software here to stop linking and this (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex9/noright.htm) to stop rightclicking.
Remember, you cannot stop anyone from getting pictures from your site. If the picture is viewable, it can be taken, no amount of script can stop this.

Also, the right-click script is Javascript.
You can simply disable the javascript.
Depending on your Webserver checkout what .htacesss options you have.
You can setup rewrites for hotlinking using .htaccess.
