Need help with Macromedia Flash

Well Ive had flash for quite a long time and it was working well until i uninstalled some languages ( i uninstalled east asian languages package) and now its really messed up... Ive taken the flash tests on there page and it says it works but now when i go to some flash sites IE:MTV.. and macromedia.com it doesn't work.. i get no error .... the sites just give me a link to download flash.. even though i already got it..Ive done some trouble shooting things of theres like making sure Active Controls are enabled and the security level is medium and making sure that ad blockers aren't preventing flash from working.. i do got a router with a firewall but all those sites (IE: macromedia.com and MTV.com) are working fine on my other computer

The latest version of flash
The lastest version of IE

Try reinstalling flash.
If you have problems installing it then set Internet Explorer security settings to Medium.

Ive tried that.. and i always had my settings at medium (woops had Typo in the 1st post)
