this is probably extremely simple, but as I havent done it before, I am totally clueless.......I have a pic , which was scanned onto the computer....it is residing in My Documents folder...I want to manipulate it using an online graphics editor.....the problem is....I have to enter the url of the pic to upload it....it doesnt have an url, as far as I can ascertain........how do I do this??????

you need to place your picture online for the online scan to work. If you do not have any space online, go to geocities.com and sign up for their free service. Then follow the instructions on uploading the picture to their file manager. This way you will have a url.
or
If there is a browse button in the online graphic editor then you can click on it and browse to the folder on your computer where the picture is.
