Hi - would anyone have some advice on this situation please?
I was the happy user of a USB 2 flashdrive, but had installed a driver to read an Olympus digital camera via USB as if it were a floppy (the only way it would work). No suprise, the USB flashdrive now won't work. Uninstalled but hadn't saved orig config (doh!), reinstalled USB flash driver & seems present & correct in system info, but only gets detected as a floppy disk (complete with the much reduced floppy 1.44MB capacity as opposed to 128MB it actually has).
OS is Win98 SE, VIAtech 3038 PCI to USB universal host controller connects to USB root hub, then USB drives & driver, then USB Disk Pro, floppy contoller connects to std NEC floppy...
Any hints of where to look to fix this? I have only my sincere thanks to offer in return..
