After visiting a certain web site it installed itself in Favorites. Although I deleted it in Favorites, it appears again when I restart PC.
How can I delete it forever?

What is the name of the Program that is installed itself in Favourites ?
You might have some kind of bug.
Run Ad-aware and Spybot Search and Destroy.
If you don't have them you can download from here:

I would add that you should use SpywareBlaster in addition to adaware and Spybot S&D, to prevent the nasties from getting in in the first place. Be sure to update it immediately upon installation.
