nead a dos/command prompt command for restoring all files in the recycle bin or another way to do that using ONLY command prompt, plz make it step by step cuz i dont know much dos at all, nor do i know where the recycle bin is located, thank u.

Why do you need a command prompt method?

The Recycle Bin is a Windows System Folder and so is hard to restore from DOS.
