Toshiba Satellite 100cs and Win95
Newbie Question as I am unfamiliar with OS's.
Trying to get this old Toshiba Satellite 100cs to boot up but when I turn the machine on I get this: Invalid system disk Replace the disk, and then press any key. I downloaded a Win 95 bootdisk (both 95a and 95b) and when I run it I get the following: Driver version: V340 Driver Name: BANANA No drives found, aborting installation. Device driver not found: 'BANANA' No valid CDROM device drivers selected A:/ This machine has no internal/external CDROM, just a floppy. What do I need to do next to get this puppy up and running? |

I tried the Windows 95b bootdisk again and at the A:/ dos prompt I changed to c:/windows and typed in win at which point I received the following messge:
VFAT device initialization failed. A device or resource required by VFAT is not present or is unavailable. VFAT cannot continue loading. System halted. |
