Spent two months chasing this thing through entire sytem....whenever aol opened first or second time, and occasionally random mouse click, caused "Fatal Exception OE 0028:COO322E3 (and a few others). Would not return, had to crash out!

Time after time after time, and it was insidious!! I lost two auctions in fleabay when it crashed in the last minute!

I finally figured out, after total wipe, ground up rebuild, testing every component, even swapping out modems....it was....

an incompatibility with the firewall and the updated 1e6 , apparrently in my system architecture, but not all!

I uninstalled ZZZoneAlarm (sad to see it go) and put in it's place the latest Kerio personal version, and the problem is gone!!

It seems that the ZoneAlarm in aohell is the problem, only on THIS system(so far):

ASUS CUV4X-M
PIII 1200/256/133 (on Lin-Lin adapter)
512M standing
Wind 98SE
ASUS AGP 3800M SDRAM
Slot2: SCSI/lan combo
Slot3: USB 2.0/firewire combo
ASUS AMR (crashed with and without)
Now Centdyne external modem in COM 2

I have played whackamole with this blues screen of death for over two months!! Its gone!!

If you have this problem, try a new firewall, it may be time.
