upgrade to win 95?

I have an old 486 compaq running win 3.1
i wanted to know if i could upgrade to win 95
Via floppy it doesnt have a cd drive ?
Any help
It is a compaq 425 "all in one pc"

I'm pretty sure I remember 95 being an either/or situation regarding floppy or CD ROM. Your mission will be to find a complete set. Or copy the CAB files from a CD to floppy. Or get a CD drive for that tower, you'll want one anyway at some point.

tell more about your computer, 486sx or 486dx, how much ram, how big harddrive and how much free space is on it.
