Tried to download TWEAKUI.EXE from the download section.The download was completed, but when I tried to open it I got an error box which said that the" KERNAL32.DLL:GetDllDirectoryW. " is missing.Where did my KERNAL go?

The file that you are looking for is kernel32.dll it is located in the windows\system32 folder.
I don't think it will be missing, your computer would not be working if it wasn't there.
Do you have the correct version of TweakUI? You have a Win98 system? Do you have TweakUI for Win98?
The file tweakui.exe is a self expanding compressed file, it contains a readme, which will give details on how to install it. Just place tweakui.exe in a folder on it's own, double click on it, read the readme, and follow the directions. BF
