Outlook Express 5 Questions

A couple of questions regarding Outlook Express 5...

I'm running it in Windows 95, is there an update for it that will run on 95?

Also, if I've been storing messages on it, does it, after a period of time, delete some messages? If so, where does it send them?

And, lastly, is there an easy way to zip a folder of messages up for access later?

What exactly does compacting a folder do?

1. You can run all current versions of oe on Win95. You could have problems with oe6.
2. It will not delete any messages unless you have a setting doing so.
3. ARchiving your messages is basically compressing them. Otherwise zipping them is very inconvenient. There is no easy method.
