Hi there, I have a dell that I have added a modem to and connected to the internet. The web pages look weird, sort of dotted and the photos are very dotted, not clear pictures at all. I have a Philips 105S monitor, but don't think I have a video card. At least it doesn't look like it when I look inside the machine.
How can I fix this so that I can view the pages ok. Oh and the screensavers look funny too. The 3d pipes are not solid lines, but dotted also.
I'm not sure whether this is a windows problem or a monitor problem
