I load linux on my system. I removed it and loaded windows 2000 back on to my harddrive. My harddrive size was 30 GB but now it is 3 GB what do I do to get back my harddrive size.

Welcome :)
It would seems that you have created a 3gb partition and installed into that.
If you want it all back without loosing data you will need a third party partitioning tool such as Partition Magic.
If you want to start from scratch then I would recommend the HDD manufacturers disk tools.
They will help you partition and format the drive ready for install.
