Hi,

I'm about at my wit's end with my computer! Whenever I try to open any folder on the computer (whether it be the Control Pantel, C drive, a folder full of pictures, etc.) I get an error message that says "Explorer has caused an error in <unknown>. Explorer will now close." Lately, I have noticed that the <unknown> has been replaced by file names, such as SHDOCVW.DLL or SHCWADI.DLL.

Does anybody have ideas on how to fix this? Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
