Have a Packard Bell computer with Windows 95. Recently retored system w/Master Cd and Companion CD. Problem is that I can get logged into our internet provider, Bluelight, but can't get to any sites. I got the error message about - URL:hypertext (hypertext) transfer protocol, so I found answer to problem by editing the file association. Now getting an error concerning SECBASIC.dll. Also, iexpore.exe is in the PLUS progam file, not sure why. If I uninstall windows explorer and restore system again, should this solve the errors? HELP!!!!
