Printer installation problem

After having to have my motherboard replaced (and windows 2000 reinstalled) I've been able to install all my hardware and software except for an Epson 2200 printer. When I try to install the most recent version of the driver I get the following message: "Setup causes a General Protection Fault in module krnl386.exe at 0001.2208".

What to do?
