Whenever I turn my computer on, it works great for about 10 minutes then it slows down and then freezes. everytime i reboot same thing. I have ran some ad aware and spyware products but still did not fix it. what else can i do?

have you tried cleanin ya internet files out? cookies,history, temporary internet save files?

have ya run scandisk?

have ya defraged recently?

if yes.. then look@yer startup.. see whats running and what doesnt need to be there..

tip: less on startup as possible..
