:( for 4 years I have been able to save pictures from emails by right clicking, then Save As....... and it saves the pic into my documents as a gif or a jpeg file. For some reason my computer has had enough of this and now saves everything as a bitmp.....which is less than useless. It seems that the programme it should be using to save these pictures has decided not to work any longer. I have cleared my cookies and my temp files .... I have been into folder options, found the jpg folder, but dont know what to do next to place it where it will open properly......hope someone can help.......... I also hope someone can understand what I am trying to say..........
