Blue screen appearing
The first message say -
an error has occurred Press enter to return to Windows, or Press CRTL+ALT+DEL, to restart your computer. If you do this you will lose any unsaved information. Error: OE:OO28:COO11FAB Now the second blue screen say An exception OE has occurred at 0028:COO11FAB in VxD. This was called from 0028:COO12B33 in VxD. It may be possible to continue normally. The blue screen appear about after 30-40 minutes. PLEASE I NEED HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM.

Hi nh23,
Do you happen to have any "Norton" products installed (Norton Antivirus, Norton Systemworks, Norton Internet Security, etc.)? If so, then that might be the cause of the problem, and you may want to uninstall the Norton product(s) and see if that resolves the problem. For some reason, Norton products and Windows ME seem to "clash".
