I was using GoBack on my system but then I updated some programs and my system crashed and I could not restore it using GoBack and one of my backup system cds was ruined. Does anyone know of a good utility that I can use to backup my whole system and restore from it as well should this ever happen again?

If you want an exact image of the drive then look into
Ghost, Drive Image or True Image.
I use Ghost, but have heard very good thing about True Image.
