The use of clipboard

Could anyone out there tell me how to use clipboard on WordPad aand Works.

I'm thinking that it transfers innternet data to word processing documents.

Hi alnotsure, the Windows Clipboard is where the computer stores "cut" or "copy" information in memory so that you can then paste the information to a document in Wordpad, Works, Word etc. Every time you cut or copy something and paste it into Wordpad etc, you are using Clipboard.
