is this harmful? a damaged program file

Hi.:wave: i've found a damaged program file ( in the downloaded programs folder ) im not sure what to do with it..
it goes like this:

Hi mata, rightclick on it and delete it. It's V4 of Windows Update ActiveX Control and V5 is out now anyway.

Hi ;) AnnMarie.. thanks for the advice.. ( i thought it might have something to do with my hotmail problems , thats been annoying me for a while) I will delete it right away..

do you think its possible that hotmail is being blocked by Spywareblaster??

I wouldnt think so mata. Firewalls are usually the problem. If you are running one, try disabling it and see if it helps.
