Hi, I have recently upgraded from Windows 98ME to XP Pro SP1 and everthing has gone really well except for a problem which I am presuming is to do with my graphics card driver. I have opened Device Manager and there is a big yellow question mark on 'Other Devices' when opened it is on 'Video Controller(VGA Compatable)'. My graphics card is a 'NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440-SE' type. I went to NVIDIA's site and downloaded the up-to-date driver for XP (V.61.77) and opened it then went through the install procedure. Upon restart my screen decreased in size and went very shakey making reading anything on screen very difficult and intermitantly going off and on (every 3-4 seconds). I have removed the driver and reset my screen sizes etc but am back to square one - a big yellow ? on my untitled Video controller?

Any ideas as I am hesitant to load the new driver back on again

Managed to find an older driver (V. 5.2001.0) which I have installed and seems to work ok! Still dont understand why the newer version doesn't....suppose I will just stick with this unless anybody has any ideas?
