A friend tried to install PGA Championship Golf on his 2nd hard drive (D). The install failed, they reformatted the hard drive to reinstall the game. Now when you try to reinstall the game, she gets no “install” button. If you push the “play” button, you get a window that says “cannot find the file D:\Sierra\PGACGCE\BIN\PGAGolf.exe”.

Why is it looking for a file on D? She cannot get the game to install now. There is something on the C drive that is telling it to look in D? HELP!!!!

The D drive was reformatted, so nothing is on there. The problem must be something on the C drive. Any ideas?

Try navigating right to C:\Sierra\PGACGCE\BIN\PGAGolf.exe and running that file

Does the game meet your system requirements? You may need to run a certin file to get rid of this problem

Hi Johnny, welcome to CTH.

Run Regedit and search for all "Sierra" keys. Report back what you find and we'll see if we can identify the one you need to delete.
