Changing Display properties on user accounts

Hello,

I have several user accounts on windows 2000. Instead of logging in one by one on these accounts. I would like to change the display property. That would be to turn off the system standby for all of the accounts. What would be the correct way of going about doing this change?

I had previously thought that I could just implement a change in the administrator account and that would automatically change the user accounts.
