Tiny Personal Firewall keeps giving me this error but i dont know what it means

---------------------------
C:\Program Files\Tiny Personal Firewall\persfw.exe
---------------------------
MsgDigestComputeMD5: Unable to open ''
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Also, similarly, every time i restart comp, at the login screen i get the following

Tiny Personal Firewall Driver KernelOpenFile: strlen(Filename) < 2 ?!?
Tiny Personal Firewall Driver MsgDigestCalculate: Unable to open file":0x1

These dont seem to mean much becuae i can just click ok and carry on but they must mean something and they are getting very annoying.

Is the error due to something on my machine that shouldn't be there or is TinyPersonal Firewall lame (ie.are there better firewalls)

Thanks

Baloo

Hallo!

Why didn't anyone reply to Baloo's mail? I'm having exactly the same problem. I'm not sure about the restart thing, as I've only just put it on, but I'm having exactly the same annoying message pop up....

Oh, I should also add that there's another annoying message that pops up not quite as often as the "Unable to Open", but seems to be related. This one says "SYSTEM CONTROL NEGOTIATE"

I do apologise. That should have said "SERVICE CONTROL INTERROGATE" Hope that makes more sense....

About the MD5 thing, I have this when TPF tries to investigate (read: store the md5 sum) of an executable that is stored on a network share.

as for the interrogate message, I have the same issue... since I have installed SP2 on my XP machine . . .

The other issue is unknown to me . . .
