A very misc. problem for me Please help me out of this!!!

Dear friends,
I am also having a bit similar problem but I think its a different and complicated one.
I have in my machine windows me Russian edition.
whenever I am boot my computers the screen getting black and blinking at the corner like in command promt situation and sometimes it recovers from that state to the normal but sometimes after a long time blinking it gives me the message that "Windows protection error: Don't wants you to get in"????/
It surprises me a lot because I think from 95 to me there is a very easy protection from microsoft which can be breaked out.
So Dear friends Please let me help to out of this situation.
My computer's config needed for this problem is :
Intel pentium 4
256 DDR

I have never found a problem like this that's why I think that the professionals will also find the problem as a challenge and will help me soon to come out of this.

never heard of that problem also :S ora russian edtion of ME :O.

protection error when i got them meant the basic reg values got corrupt. have you tried re-installin?

or from the run command " scanregw/fix "???

or even doing a system restore?

all else fails reformat and do a fresh install

Dear Katman,
I have done everything which you have described in reply but the things come out is that whenever I am installing a fresh copy of windows after a fresh format , it comes with the same problem.
Secondly, I am using softwares like "regcleaner" & "regmechanics" , & i.e. why I thimk that these softs can eassily repair any corrupt registry.

I want to ask you one thing , Is it possible that windows installation cd rom comes with some corrupt file structure? But in reference to this I want to tell you that at the time of installation, cd rom never indicate me any problem or errors.
I need this windows me (RUS) very much, my most of work is in Russian & for that I have to use Russian softwares too.
