Fast and safe clean sweep tellsme 188.00KB can be cleaned from non-removable drives but will not clean them out. Any help?

when i go to my clean sweep it has a lighting bolt going down it and when i press clean it goes through it and cleans it and when its done it goes right back to the way it was with the crack how can i fix it and remove the crack any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
