I was looking for a good popup blocker and I came across this one and I thought I would share what I found.
What is Zero Popup Killer?
A small, effective and intelligent anti-popup, anti floating ads, web spies and anti activeX spyware product than can kill annoying popup windows, floating ads and activeX spywares and protect your privacy without human intervention by using artificial intelligent and intelligent agent technologies. It has the features to clear Cache, Cookies, Favorites, AutoComplete Forms and Passwords, AutoComplete Web Addresses and History. It also speedups the surfing and downloading speed of your Internet Explorer by up to 2 to 6 times.

It blocker near enough all popups (well it did in my tests). I tested it out on http://www.popuptest.com/ and it blocked all the popups, well some did come up but then the program closed them for me within spit seconds. It is also preety easy to use, I setted it up within minutes, just click disable on what popups you don't want popping up.
Even though the program isn't free (14 day trial) it is a very good program, but you do pay for what you get:michaelan
Costs $24.95.............I might consider buying it if I can't find a popup blocker up to round its standard and is free.

There is one Ive seen which is called EMS Free Surfer mk II which I might try after this trial runs out.
<EDIT> From when I was using this everything was ok, but I looked to see what BHO where in use in IE and one came up from this program which is a BHO related to coolwebsearch...............so now I am not using this program.
