I have a pentium 100 made bu US Tech (purchased at Staples or Office Max). I reinstalled Windows 95 on the machine. The sound card is no longer recognized and the PC doesn't even beep. I was able to find correct video driver for monitor. Can't figure how to get sound card to work.

Please download and run Aida32 (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/html/downloads/download.php/id/30) on that PC. It'll tell you what sound card is being used - post it here and we'll find the driver for you.
If you open the case, you may find that the wire for the onboard speaker is disconnected. Connect it, and the POST 'beep' will be heard once again.
