I'm running a realtek rtl8139 NIC on a laptop connected to a D-Link DSL300+. I'm running XP SP2. All has been fine since installing XP2 about 2 weeks ago. Everything was fine and suddenly every minute I get warnings and errors that my computer was not able to renew it's DHCP lease, drops the connection and then immediately picks it up again... very annoying.
I've connected the Dlink to another computer and it works fine. I've disabled the NIC and then enabled again, full shutdown of laptop and Dlink and restarted, updated to latest NIC driver (616) and it still cycles the connection every minute. Anyone seen this before?

I'm running Kerio Personal Firewall 4.1 with DHCP permitted
