Question Boot Problems
Hey Gang, thanks for taking my problem. First Time. I have a Dell Inspiron 8000 laptop that I have Win XP on. I want to install the Xp OS on my Dell XPS 600 (with 512mb memory) Desktop system that now has Win 98SE. When I attempt to install the XP CD bootable CD it will not respond most of the time. When it does respond and I attempt to install the XP OS the system freezes up. Can you help?

I could not find anything on your Dell XPS 600 Desktop computer.
Please check the model number.

Boot Problems
My mistake, The Model number is Dell Dimension XPS T-600. It came installed with Win 98SE and I am wanting to upgrade to Win XP. I have 256 cache and 512 RAM.
