BIOS Settings

I can't seem to find out how to change my BIOS settings. I can not get into windows, basicly I can only boot from BOOT DISK.

The system setup is there but I don't know what to do from there.

This is an IBM Aptiva but it has a Sony CD/RW CD, same HD and it did have WINS 98 on (who knows where it is now). Tryed reinstalling it and totaly messed it uo.

IBM usually requires you to hit the F1 key to access the BIOS.
