how much speed is too much for a 200MMx mghz processor to use up?(i am going to use that as a server, for it is my slowest, and it is the easiest one to replace)

I'm not really sure what you mean, but I'd just do it. Most everything is dependent on the NIC, modem, lines and RAM...have plenty of RAM. :)
