error on Primary Ide controller, Secondary Ide controller, & Standard floppy Cont.

I installed a Cdrom on a Win95 machine, and after restarting the computer, my cdrom wasnt recognized. I went in to device manager and I had an error
on my standard floppy disk controller, primary IDE controller (dual fifo), and my secondary IDE controller (dual fifo) can anyone help?

Go back one step. Uninstall your CD-Rom, physically and also the driver.
Restart your computer and see if the erros go away, if OK, then switch off the computer and reconnect the CD-Rom but do not install the driver let Windows ask you for the driver. New hardware detected.
