Network connection manager

Hey,

Im looking for a software similar to IBM's Access Connection.

The program manages network connections, f.ex. it automatically setup your internet from which network you are connected to.

Lets say im at home and the settings for internet are in on way, but when Im using my computer at the University's network it sets up proxy server, network drives etc automatically, so i dont have to fiddle with the settings all the time when moving from one network to another.

Well, I think IPswitcher only changes your ip/dns settings, I need a program that can setup proxy server, network drives etc.
