I'm using Windows 98 Second Edition.
The computer does not recognize the A drive. When I put a diskette in the drive and try to open it I get the message that The diskette is not formatted, and do I want to format it.
I say yes, and the computer tries to do it, but then it tells me it can't do it, and that the diskette is either not the right format, or not good.
The diskette is good, because I've tried it on another computer and it formats it and everything.
If I try to boot my computer with a boot disk it doesn't even recognize it as being there and opens in Windows.
In the system folder, I've checked the drives and it tells me that everything is ok.
What do I do now?
