New network

Heres is what I have:
I PC connected to the internt, connected to a hub, the hub leads to two other PCs, one is runningWINXP(and the connection goes through a switch to it) and the other runs 98se(so does the first one) I can't seem to connect them , I can go on the internet and all, but its like they dont exist to each other, I tried the windows XP netsetup and its not working. Anyone willing to guide me.

Also When I am ont he one with XP, I can see the one connected to the internet directly, but I then get an error saying I don't have acsess and/or permissions.

Are you running any Firewalls? If so disable them (shut them down) on All the computers.

Note: You may want to disable them from starting at boot up on all the computers, also check to see if the one built into WinXP is disabled.

Then see what happens.
