configuring mail link

I have a site on which I entered a link to my e-mail address, writing "mailto:mail@sefer-li.net".
i want to receive the messages through Outlook Express, but the above links to Microsoft Outlook, which is not configured on my computer.
how shall I call my link in order to use the OE for messages from my site?
My OS is Windows 98se and microsoft office 97 prof.

These instructions are for configuring Outlook Express for Yahoo mail. Just insert the name of your new mail server where ever you see yahoo.com Click Here (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q256151)

I do not use yahoo.
I want to configure the mail link on my site so that a Outlook Express page opens instead of Outlook, when somebody clicks on the link.
how shall I do it?

Hello idr

go the the control panel and click on INTERNET OPTIONS, then go to the PROGRAMS tab
and choose Outlook Express for your email
