I have a problem with my printer, I found the driver and installed it, but it keeps telling me that the cable is not hooked up properly and in Advance Power management Support CODE 10 is not working.

To find out what Advanced Power Management Support code 10 means, please click Here

Uninstall your printer driver software and physically unplug it from the Parallel port or USB port.

Shut down your computer.

Now reconnect the printer and power up the computer.

After Windows loads look for Found New Hardware dialogue at the bottom right of your screen in the System tray.
Let Windows ask you for the driver and then tell it where the driver is located.
