ok, first off, when I first turn the computer on I get a pop up thing that says Explorer and has the windows thing nest to next to it, then it says This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down If the problem persists please contct the program vendor. This stays on my computer and I cannot close it.
and also if I try to go on under the IE icon it says Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on may be lost.
Then it lets me send an error report to Microsoft
The other thing I am not sure if it is tied to this, is my computer will sometimes freeze, but I can open a new browser and keep surfing the net. Any info you can give me will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
