I have an XP and Win 98 networked. On the XP each of the family has a My Doc's folder on :C. Trouble is when on the Win 98 and you hit 'save as' it saves to the local :C , and I want it to save into the correct My Doc's folder on the XP :C. Is this possible and how do I go about changing the default location? Hope some one can help.

I want to make sure I understand you correctly-
You have multiple users on both PCs? Or just the XP? You want to save 98's MyDocs to the XP folder?
You can do this for each user on the 98 machine, each can save to a different target on the XP, or each can save to the same target. If you only have one user account on the 98 machine, I don't believe you can save to multiple targets using the "Save As" button without navigating to the appropriate target each time.
To change the target of MyDocs, right click on the folder, select Properties, and browse to the folder you wish to become the new target.
