is there any programs you can download to something that you can buy thats not to expensive....but it will help out on performance??? my computers ben acting sluggish lately.. so just wounder if there are little mods that will help out

Hi scotman
The reson your pc is sluggish could be due to Spyware etc. The following programs are free and well worth using:
Please go here and download Spybot Search&Destroy:
http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?lang=en&page=download
Check for updates before running the program. A tutorial can be found under help. You can safely delete what it finds.
Do likewise with Adaware SE that can be found here:
http://lavasoft.element5.com/software/adaware/
